At the HAI 2009 convention in Anaheim, CA,
Bell Helicopter recognized six Customer Service Facilities (CSF) as achieving Platinum level in 2008. The award was for excelllence in customer service and meeting various measurements in the Bell Achievement Ranking System (BARS). The presentation was made by Danny Maldonado, Sr. V-P of Customer Support and Dick Millman, President and CEO of Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. Alpine Aerotech Ltd was one of the six recipients. Two others from the USA, one from Taiwan, one from Sweden and one from Germany.
