    • The fatigue the existing baffle assemblies endure is very typical from bending the baffling up and down for routine inspections.

  • Door assemblies are easily opened with 1/4 turn Dzuz fasteners.

  • Door & frame assemblies are easily removed & replaced from the baffle asemblies when necessary.

  • Door & frame assemblies come with new gaskets installed to seal the compressor area from foreign contaminants.

  • Frame assemblies utilize thicker material to add rigidity to the existing baffle assemblies without affecting the weight & balance of the aircraft.

  • Installs with minor modification to existing baffle assemblies.
Induction Baffle Access Panels are supplied complete with comprehensive installation instructions (illustrated where applicable), maintenance manual supplement, all hardware required for field fitment, copies of TC & FAA Approvals, certification and warrantied for a period of 1 year or 1000 hours of service (whichever comes first) after date of purchase, on all workmanship and materials.
