All of the listed models can be incorporated into 1 fixture requiring less floor space.

• Customers can purchase the models they require and have the option to upgrade with additional models in the future without having separate fixtures.

• Changing models is easy. Removing and replacing the upper bridges for different models only takes a matter of minutes.

Our Medium Tailboom Repair Fixtures are designed and manufactured with high quality materials and standards. Easy to use, easy to maintain.

• All faces between mating details are machined and/or ground.

• All mating details are located using hardened steel bushings & L Pins/Dowel Pins.

• All welded and machined details are stress relieved by Resonant Vibration methods.

• All drill holes are bushed using precision ground hardened steel bushings.

All Medium Tailboom Repair Fixtures receive a complete inspection and certification at our facility by Bell Helicopter. Customers also receive a detailed Repair Fixture Inspection Report.
