All of the listed models can be incorporated into 1 fixture requiring less floor space.

• Customers can purchase the models they require and have the option to upgrade with additional models in the future without having separate fixtures.

• Changing models is easy. Removing and replacing the upper bridges for different models only takes a matter of minutes with our Removable Bridge System.

Our Light Tailboom Repair Fixtures are designed and manufactured with high standards, tight tolerances and quality materials. Easy to use, easy to maintain.

• All faces between mating details are machined and/or ground.

• All mating details are located using hardened steel bushings & L Pins/Dowel Pins.

• All welded and machined details are stress relieved by Resonant Vibration methods.

• All drill holes are bushed using precision ground hardened steel bushings.

All Light Tailboom Repair Fixtures receive a complete inspection and certification at our facility by Bell Helicopter. Customers also receive a detailed Repair Fixture Inspection Report.
