Your Exhaust Duct can be salvaged by embodying a new formed flange. Additionally, a dimple and repair band can be incorporated if required.

• New formed flange gives you:

• A flange that is clean and flat

• A flange with holes in the correct location and size

• A flange with no fillet weld!

• Our dimple and repair band provides you with the option to salvage an Exhaust Duct that is damaged beyond the flange area.

The new formed flange will eliminate cracking along the old fillet weld area providing lower:

• Field maintenance hours consumed on replacement
• Shipping costs to and from the field to and from a repair facility
• Weld repair costs
• Spares required

All repairs listed include a heat treatment procedure to ensure hours of reliable, stress free service.
